Tony Lenehan is the Chief Executive Officer of Extentia Group. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Office for Styles&Wood Group Plc and was the driving force behind transforming the company into a leading provider of specialist support services to the built environment.
Tony previously held senior executive roles for both Carillion and Bovis Lend Lease and is a chartered engineer by profession. He also has a role within the Global Goals Leadership Team for Business in the Community and is a Director of the Collaborative Learning Trust.
Paul was made Executive Director of Extentia Group in March 2018, to lead the strategic direction for our project delivery portfolio. He joined the Styles&Wood Management Board as Operations Director in June 2013, from his previous position as Head of Waste and Energy at Lend Lease.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Paul’s worked extensively in the Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Hospitality, and Manufacturing sectors, on many large scale projects for major blue chip clients.
Karen was appointed as HR Director for Extentia Group in March 2018 to drive the people agenda at board level. Prior to this was HR Director for Styles&Wood. Since joining the company in 2006 Karen has built a robust HR function to provide colleagues with support, guidance and development opportunities.
With previous experience in the Service and Manufacturing sectors, Karen holds a degree in Accounting and Economics and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Philip Lanigan is the Chief Finance Officer for Extentia Group. He previously held the position of Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary for Styles&Wood Group Plc.
A chartered accountant by profession, Phil has extensive commercial experience working for support services and project management businesses as Finance Director in both listed companies and private equity backed businesses. Philip is also a Governor of The Manchester College.
Graham joined the Styles&Wood executive team in December 2016 and was made Executive Director of Extentia Group for our Professional Services and Technologies Portfolio in March 2018. His previous experience includes positions as CEO of Lorne Stewart PLC as well as senior executive roles at Interserve and Rentokil Initial.
Graham has significant experience growing businesses and brings strategic focus to our design, technologies, change management, facilities management and critical facilities portfolios.
Tim joined the Extentia Executive Leadership team in March 2018, prior to which he was on the board of Directors for Southerns since 2008.
He has held senior management and board positions within several leading global businesses, including Burton Group and Deutsche post. His wide-ranging, cross-sector commercial and operational experience has been invaluable to the success and development of the business over the past few years.
Andy was made Executive Director of Extentia Group in March 2018, to lead the strategic direction for our programme delivery portfolio. Andy had been with Styles&Wood since 1989 and was appointed to the Management Board in July 2008 as Director of Construction Services. Andy leads our framework operations within sectors including Banking, Commercial and Education sectors.
Andy’s background is in Planning and Project Management and he has worked on numerous high profile projects for many of the UK’s leading blue chip organisations.
Craig was appointed Executive Director of Extentia Group in March 2018, to be the driving force behind our FF&E portfolio. He was previously founder and CEO of Work Inc. Group where he transformed the business into one of the most distinguished facilities management businesses of its time.
Craig has wide-ranging experience in the areas of strategy development, sales and marketing, acquisitions, integration, operations and financial management.
Steve was appointed as a member of the Extentia Group Executive Leadership Team in March 2018. He is the Managing Director for Keysource and works with the wider Group to ensure all our customers can benefit from our full capabilities and experience.
Steve has extensive experience in delivering strategic consultancy and projects for critical environments, and has supported and delivered some of the most secure and resilient data centre facilities in the world, for major financial institutions and global corporations.
Martin joined Styles&Wood in 2000 in the role of Director of IT, responsible for the development and management of Styles&Wood’s Technology Business. In 2015, Martin was appointed to the position of Portfolio Services Director, leading a range of complimentary property services.
As part of the Extentia Group Executive Leadership team, he now leads the group’s focus in technologies with a particular emphasis on strategic asset management and risk. Martin has a 25 year career in the built environment.
