Craig has deep experience in strategy development, sales and marketing, M&A, operations and financial management and a demonstrable track record of growing and running profitable businesses.

His previous successes include founding Work Inc Group delivering growth in excess of 600% during an 8-year tenure to become one of the highest impact built environment and facilities management businesses of its time. He has held non-executive and advisory roles in a diverse range of industries including technology, on-line retail and the built environment.

Nigel has a wealth of experience leading built environment, facilities management and infrastructure services businesses. As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the most successful division of Carillion plc, he was responsible for the turnaround of a loss making £1bn business to a £1.2bn business with £50m profits from 2013-2017.

Previous experience includes Tarmac, Wimpey and Edmund Nuttall. Nigel is Chairman of Red Door Ventures, Senior Independent Director of Richmond Housing Partnership and an RICS Fellow.

Karen was appointed as HR Director for Extentia Group in March 2018 to drive the people agenda at board level. Prior to this was HR Director for Styles&Wood. Since joining the company in 2006 Karen has built a robust HR function to provide colleagues with support, guidance and development opportunities.

With previous experience in the Service and Manufacturing sectors, Karen holds a degree in Accounting and Economics and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Andy was made Executive Director of Extentia Group in March 2018, to lead the strategic direction for our programme delivery portfolio. Andy had been with Styles&Wood since 1989 and was appointed to the Management Board in July 2008 as Director of Construction Services. Andy leads our framework operations within sectors including Banking, Commercial and Education sectors.

Andy’s background is in Planning and Project Management and he has worked on numerous high profile projects for many of the UK’s leading blue chip organisations.

Paul was made Executive Director of Extentia Group in March 2018, to lead the strategic direction for our project delivery portfolio. He joined the Styles&Wood Management Board as Operations Director in June 2013, from his previous position as Head of Waste and Energy at Lend Lease.

As a Chartered Surveyor, Paul’s worked extensively in the Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Hospitality, and Manufacturing sectors, on many large scale projects for major blue chip clients.

Tim joined the Extentia Executive Leadership team in March 2018, prior to which he was on the board of Directors for Southerns since 2008.

He has held senior management and board positions within several leading global businesses, including Burton Group and Deutsche post. His wide-ranging, cross-sector commercial and operational experience has been invaluable to the success and development of the business over the past few years.

Steve was appointed as a member of the Extentia Group Executive Leadership Team in March 2018. He is the Managing Director for Keysource and works with the wider Group to ensure all our customers can benefit from our full capabilities and experience.

Steve has extensive experience in delivering strategic consultancy and projects for critical environments, and has supported and delivered some of the most secure and resilient data centre facilities in the world, for major financial institutions and global corporations.

Martin joined Styles&Wood in 2000 in the role of Director of IT, responsible for the development and management of Styles&Wood’s Technology Business. In 2015, Martin was appointed to the position of Portfolio Services Director, leading a range of complimentary property services.

As part of the Extentia Group Executive Leadership team, he now leads the group’s focus in technologies with a particular emphasis on strategic asset management and risk. Martin has a 25 year career in the built environment.
